Daily Routine

Our Full Livery service is a completely bespoke service where we strive to care for your horse exactly the way you would; if you could be here 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.  We aim to treat each horse as if it was our own, only to your specifications and requirements.  We are happy to change rugs throughout the day (the British weather is very unpredictable and you may start with a thin turnout rug only to remove it by mid morning and then need a fly rug on by lunch time)!  Some horses like to come in out of the hot weather and then be turned out later and then in winter some horses really don't want to be out for more than an hour - or even not go out at all if the weather is truly terrible!  We want you to feel confident that we are always doing the best for your horse - safe in the knowledge that your horse's individual needs are catered for.

Full Livery: Morning

• We believe that all horses should be turned out for a period of time every day (unless the weather really is terrible!).
• Your horse will have access to year round turnout (individual turnout available at an extra cost).
• Stable mucked out and made fair.
• All stables have a full bed right up to the door to ensure that the horse is stood as evenly as possible and to avoid the stress to the legs and feet of standing on concrete.
• Water buckets are cleaned.
• Hay steamed for the day (to reduce dust and spores and to make it more palatable).
• All hay and feed is fed from the floor to reduce dust allergies and encourage the horse to stretch through their back.
• Feed buckets cleaned after each use.

Full Livery: Afternoon

• After turnout your horse will have their feet picked and be brushed off to make them comfortable for stable rugs.
• If you wish to ride, your horse will be groomed in preparation.
• Bridles cleaned after every use - we'll clean your riding boots too if you keep them here.
• Saddles wiped over after each use.
• Tack given a full clean once a week (i.e. taken apart)
• Horse untacked and made comfortable after riding.
• Evening hay/feeds and skip out stable.

Part Livery

• The morning routine is the same as Full Livery.
• In the afternoon we will catch your horse in for you, pick their feet and swap rugs.
• Stable skipped late afternoon.
• Hay and water checked. 
• Hard fee given
